Panjamadam Astrology we built the Panjamadam Astrology app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Panjamadam Astrology and is intended for use as is.

To provide accurate astrological services (such as Panchangam, Horoscope, and Daily Phalam), we may collect personal details such as your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth. This information is strictly used to generate astrological charts and predictions.
Our app provides consultation features (Chat and Call with Guruji).
We do not use your private consultation data for promotional purposes.
We require access to your device's Camera and Photo Library (Storage) to allow you to upload profile pictures or share images/documents during a consultation with a Guruji. Images are only collected and uploaded when you explicitly choose to do so, and are processed securely (e.g., using Cloudinary).
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway to process secure transactions for consultations, poojas, or donations. We do not store or process your sensitive credit card or banking details directly on our servers. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you consultation reminders, daily horoscopes, and promotional messages. Firebase may collect your IP address, device identifiers, and crash reports to improve app stability.
Our app requests access to your device's precise and approximate location (GPS/Network-based) to help accurately calculate astrological charts and automatically determine your current city for the Panchangam and Horoscope features. This location data is only used temporarily for these calculations and is not tracked continuously in the background.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
